One Factory, Every Screen: Inside TECNON Product Line

From smart-city pole screens to billion-dollar retail storefronts — how TECNON Smart Display turns manufacturing discipline into displays you can trust.

When a city installs a screen on a street corner, it expects it to run through storms, heat waves, and years of 24/7 operation. When a luxury brand opens a flagship store, it expects pixel-perfect visuals worthy of its name. At TECNON Smart Display, we’ve built our entire product portfolio — and our production system — around keeping both promises.

A Product Family Built for Urban Niche Scenarios

Unlike one-size-fits-all display makers, TECNON focuses on where cities and brands actually need screens. Our portfolio covers the full spectrum:

Outdoor Fixed & Smart City Terminals Our flagship LED pole screens and smart streetlight displays (including the TAILONG-1 series) bring real-time information to streets, parks, and integrated traffic poles. Our TL-series outdoor fixed screens (pitch P2.97–P10.42) feature aluminum-profile cabinets that are ultra-light (24 kg), ultra-slim (95 mm), fan-free, and rated IP65 with V0 fireproof materials — stable from -30°C to +70°C. Outdoor advertising machines and digital signage totems come in sizes from 400×800 mm up to 1600-series, with pixel pitches from P2.56 to P5.556 and brightness exceeding 7,000 nits for pure-outdoor visibility.

Indoor & Commercial Displays For showrooms, retail chains, and meeting rooms, our lineup includes COB fixed LED screens (pitch down to 0.7 mm, with optional touch), GOB flexible LED screens for curved installations, mobile LED poster screens with cloud cluster control, transparent holographic LED films for glass storefronts (90% transparency, 4,000 nits), and LED conference all-in-one machines with 4K resolution and infrared touch.

Stage & Creative Custom Screens Our stage LED systems combine straight, arc, flexible, and 45° corner cabinets in one mix-and-splice platform — powering installations like the 1,000+ m² screen at Hengdian World Studios. And for brands that want to be unforgettable, our custom creative screens have taken the shapes of cubes, spirals, hexagons, diamonds, Luban locks, hearts, and brand logos for partners like NIKE, adidas, FILA, CELINE, Valentino, Sephora, and Arc’teryx.

Manufacturing You Can Audit: The Production Guarantee

Great products are only possible with great factories. TECNON operates two manufacturing bases — Shenzhen and Zhangzhou — with a combined monthly capacity of 20,000 m², equipped with 40 SMT machines, 4 reflow lines, 4 potting lines, and 40 high-precision automated screw machines.

Every product passes through our 2,000 m² in-house laboratory before it ships, tested on equipment including:

  • Salt spray, sand-dust, and waterproof testing systems (IP65+ verification)
  • Cold/thermal shock chambers and high-low temperature testing (-30°C to +70°C)
  • UV aging and vibration test systems
  • Full-space goniophotometer and photo-biological safety systems
  • EMC laboratory

The result: 200+ patents, ISO9001/ISO14001 certification, and product certifications including SIL safety level, explosion-proof approval, and CPA metrology certification. Our operations run on SAP-based management with dedicated, per-order tracking. Every client knows exactly where their order stands, from components to aging tests.

Service That Doesn’t End at Shipping

A screen is a long-term investment. That’s why TECNON’s service model covers the entire lifecycle:

  1. Standard drawing design — professional engineering drawings before production
  2. Professional installation teams — on-site deployment by experienced crews
  3. Factory debugging — every screen is fully tested and aged before leaving our plant
  4. Remote guidance debugging — our engineers support installation teams anywhere in the world
  5. On-site debugging — when projects demand it, we’re there in person

From a single pole screen on a city sidewalk to a landmark 3D façade, the standard is the same: display quality you can measure, reliability you can verify, and support you can reach.
