Find answers to common questions

Why are there dark or dead pixels on the LED screen?

Dead pixels are usually caused by damaged LED lamp beads, poor soldering or power surge. Professional on-site inspection and replacement of lamp beads can solve this problem.

Can the outdoor LED display work in rainy days?

Yes. Our outdoor LED screens have IP65 waterproof rating. But we suggest regular inspection of the waterproof seal to avoid water leakage.

What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED displays?

Outdoor screens have higher brightness and waterproof housing. Indoor models feature lower brightness, fine pixel pitch and no need for waterproof protection.

How long is the service life of an LED display?

The theoretical lifespan is 50,000–100,000 hours. Actual service time depends on working environment, temperature and daily maintenance.

Does the LED screen need a dedicated controller?

Yes. A sending card and receiving card system is required to transfer video signals and control screen content playback.

Can I play videos, pictures and text on the LED display at the same time?

Sure. The control software supports split-screen display, you can play videos, images, scrolling text independently on different screen areas.

Why does the LED screen flicker when playing content?

Flickering is mainly caused by insufficient refresh rate, unstable power supply or signal line interference. We will adjust parameters or replace cables to fix it.

What is pixel pitch? Which one should I choose?

Pixel pitch is the distance between two adjacent lamp beads. Smaller pitch means higher resolution. Choose according to your viewing distance and budget.

Is the LED display power-consuming?

LED technology is energy-saving. Power consumption changes with brightness. Average power is much lower than traditional advertising light boxes.

Can you provide after-sales maintenance for the LED screen?

Yes. We supply warranty service and remote technical support. Overseas projects also support guidance for local engineers to repair.
