Client Background
Dongguan Yingbin Hotel is a comprehensive hotel that combines accommodation, dining, conferences, and leisure services. It is located at No. 1 Taoyuan Road, Nancheng District, Dongguan City, next to Dongguan Botanical Garden. The hotel covers an area of 250,000 square meters, with a total building area of 113,000 square meters. It includes a lake area of about 52,000 square meters and has a greening rate of over 80%.
Application Effect
The hotel has 23 meeting rooms and halls with a total area of 6,542 square meters and can host up to 4,000 people. It is an ideal venue for government and business meetings, academic exchanges, and training events. The outdoor LED pole screens also provide clear directional guidance for guests and event attendees.
The hotel offers many facilities, including parking, meeting rooms, laundry service, a gym, KTV, billiards, table tennis, badminton, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and a heated swimming pool. Information about events and opening hours for each venue can be quickly displayed on LED pole screens throughout the hotel. For example, the hotel’s latest featured dishes or new themed dining options can be shown on the screens. This helps highlight the hotel’s unique services and improves the guest experience based on their interests.
The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the Hongfu and Guomao CBD administrative district and the Civic Service Center. It is only 5 minutes from the subway station and 25 minutes from Humen High-Speed Railway Station. It is around 70 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and 60 minutes from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. Because of this location advantage, the poleLED screens can be used not only for hotel information but also for advertising space rental.
Product Introduction
The LED pole screens used in this project have a pixel pitch of P3.125, which is suitable for viewing distances of 3 meters or more. This is a common choice for outdoor LED pole screens. They feature a dual-sided display and an IP65 protection rating, allowing them to withstand normal wind and rain.
Each screen is equipped with a temperature-controlled fan. When the temperature rises, the fan speed increases to improve heat dissipation. The screens also include built-in speakers that can play different types of audio information.
