A large number of LED advertising machines have been officially put into use at the Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station.
With the rapid development of modern society and the continuous advancement of technology, digital information dissemination has gradually become an important means of advertising and marketing. As a vital regional transportation hub on China’s southeast coast, the Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station receives tens of thousands of passengers daily. To better utilize this massive passenger flow, the station decided to install high-performance LED advertising machines within and around its premises to enhance the passenger experience while increasing the reach and impact of commercial advertising.
After deciding to install LED advertising machines, the Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station conducted detailed market research and technical evaluation. Ultimately, it selected a brand of LED advertising machines known for their high-definition, energy-saving, and durable features for cooperation. The project was planned in three phases: the first phase was equipment selection and procurement; the second phase was the design and production of advertising content; and the third phase was equipment installation, commissioning, and formal operation. During the equipment selection phase, the Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station primarily considered factors such as the display effect, energy consumption standards, and maintenance costs of the advertising machines. The selected LED advertising machines not only possess 4K ultra-high-definition image quality, enabling better display of dynamic advertising content, but also employ an advanced energy management system, ensuring a high-quality viewing experience while effectively reducing operating costs.
The advertising content was meticulously designed to cater to specific audiences in different areas of the high-speed railway station. The design team incorporated the cultural characteristics of the Chaoshan region, creating a series of advertisements that were both locally appealing and effectively attracted passenger attention. Large screens in the waiting area display introductions to Chaoshan specialty snacks and local tourism resources, while advertising machines near the ticket gates primarily display information on travel-related products and services.
The Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station completed the installation of LED advertising machines in an orderly manner without disrupting normal passenger travel. The machines are mainly installed in high-traffic areas such as the waiting hall, ticket gates, and arrival level. To ensure the long-term stable operation of the machines, a remote monitoring and automatic fault alarm system was installed, allowing for timely resolution of any equipment malfunctions.
Since the project’s implementation, the passenger experience at the Chaoshan High-Speed Railway Station has been significantly improved. The high-definition LED screens not only enhance the station’s modern feel but also provide passengers with richer and more timely information services. Furthermore, precise content delivery has increased the effective click-through rate and conversion rate of advertisements, earning praise from numerous advertisers. According to statistics, since the LED advertising machines were put into use, the overall passenger flow and commercial revenue of Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station have both increased.
